Satisfy wraps its first down in Japanese sail fabric
@satisfyrunning has made its first down-insulated gear. The Rippy Force Down Program is a puffer jacket and a sleeping bag in a high-tenacity Japanese sail fabric, filled with RDS certified 850 fill-power grey goose down from ALLIED Feather & Down. Satisfy took both on a run-and-ride from Boulder over Guanella Pass to Breckenridge, running Quartz Valley, Silver Dollar Lake and Square Top Mountain to 13,800 feet, then sleeping out on frosted fields at Central City and Fairplay.

Satisfy and Oakley put vented Prizm lenses in two frames
@satisfyrunning and @oakley have vented the lenses. Chapter VIII of Equipment for our World has two frames, the Suture Jacket and the Scar, which Satisfy describes as one from the future and one from the past. Both carry vented Prizm lenses made only for this collaboration. The same venting runs through the AuraLite Dune Perforated Long Tee and the AmbientWarp Cordura Trail Cap, so the eyewear, the top and the cap are built as one system. The SoftCell Bandana has a silver foil treatment against sun and dust. Out 13 October.

Satisfy releases TheROCKER ultradistance shoe in Covert Green
@satisfyrunning’s TheROCKER arrives in Covert Green, a colourway pulled from brush and shadow. The shoe runs a TuneLug outsole under Euforia foam, wrapped in Rippy 66 monomesh, and is built for concrete through mud, dunes and desert flats.

Satisfy opens its first permanent spaces in Paris, one of them an aid station
@satisfyrunning has opened its first permanent spaces, two rooms facing each other on Rue de Saintonge. SUPPLY carries the full range, the technical equipment they build for desert, mountain and road. FUEL STATION is the other half and the stranger idea: an aid station given its own address, serving coffee and holding nutrition you load into a vest on the way out or replace on the way back.
